9 Fabulous Fireworks Displays in the North Shore!

Check out all the details for the fireworks coming to a town near you!

It's July and that means it's time to celebrate Summer, warm weather, family time, and America! 


We've compiled a list of fireworks displays coming to Salem and Marblehead & the surrounding areas for Summer 2023.

July 3rd

  • Beverly – West Beach in Beverly Farms – 121 West Street. Starts at 9:15pm. Rain date: 7/5. 
  • GloucesterStage Fort Park & Stacy Boulevard – 1 Hough Avenue. Starts at 9:30pm. Rain date: 7/8. 
    • The Fishtown Horribles Parade precedes the fireworks at 6pm & there is live music following the parade up until the fireworks display. 
  • LynnRed Rock Park – 76 Marine Boulevard. Band starts at 7pm and fireworks start at 9pm. Rain date: TBA. 
  • Swampscott – Town Hall Lawn - $5 admission to benefit the Veterans. Fireworks start at 9:00pm. 
    • Beer garden, concert, food and children's area start at 5pm. 

July 4th

  • MarbleheadMarblehead Harbor – best viewing spots: Fort Sewall, Chandler Hovey Park, and Crocker Park. Starts at 9:15pm. Rain date: 7/5. 
  • SalemSalem Maritime National Historic Site – 160 Derby St. Starts at 9:15pm. Rain date: 8/12.  
    • Free children's activities begin at 4pm with the opening of the Kids' Space, where young ones can play games and get their faces painted.
      Live entertainment on the Main Stage begins at 5pm. A 2-hour POPS concert begins at 7:15pm. 
  • Wakefield Lake Quannapowitt – Starts at 9:30pm. 
    • A full day of Independence Day activities for families is in store. Check the schedule for details. You don't want to miss the largest parade in Massachusetts (90 mins long!) which starts at 5pm. 

July 5th

  • Haverhill (Updated - postponed from original date) – Riverside Park – 155 Lincoln Avenue (behind Haverhill stadium). Starts at 9:15pm. 
    • Live music, food and children's activities will begin at 5pm. 

July 8th

  • NahantBailey's Point Park – Starts at 9:00pm. Rain date: 7/9.  
    • A concert precedes the display and starts at 5:30pm. 

August 6th

Check out the weekly summer fireworks show on Salisbury Beach every Saturday night at 10:15pm 
or Hampton Beach every Wednesday night at 9:30pm.
